The plumbing ladder is real, rule-bound and different in every state — and until now, nobody computed it for the worker. The boards publish rules as PDFs. Exam-prep companies sell courses to people who may not be eligible to sit for the exam. Software companies print reciprocity tables to sell software to companies. Every incumbent is paid when the worker starts something; none is paid to say “not yet.” We sell a single $49 kit, so the checkers can afford to say it.
The checkers compute from what you type in: your state, your hours, your license status. They never look up your license, never touch a registry, and store nothing. A verdict is the board's published arithmetic applied to your numbers — it is information, not a decision by any board, and the board's answer is always the one that counts. Confirm before you apply, enroll, or pay anyone.
